To help protect Lake Natoma from harmful invasive species and to ensure the health of our aquatic ecosystem, all rowing teams are required to complete this form prior to arrival at Lake Natoma.

Please provide accurate information regarding the recent use and cleaning of your equipment. Your cooperation is critical in maintaining a safe and clean water environment for all.

Each rowing team is required to fill out the web form below and attest that the information is accurate.
