Nicole Shultz
Capital Crew Girls Assistant Coach & CCAP Coach
Nicole was a coxswain for Capital Crew from 2015-2020, competing in numerous league and regional races and placed 3rd at the 2018 Youth Regional Challenge.
After graduating high school in 2020, Nicole started competing at the Division 1 level as a coxswain for Oregon State University from 2020-2024, and helped lead the team to multiple 4th place finishes at the Pac12 conference championships.
Nicole is excited to continue her rowing career by coaching for Capital Crew and is committed to supporting the ongoing development and success of the Capital Crew athletes both on and off the water. She is dedicated to fostering a positive, competitive, and team-focused environment. Go Capital!
