There Are Two Types of CCAP Spring Break Camp
CCAP Beginner – New Rowers
This camp is offered to middle school athletes who have an interest in learning how to row. This will be a great introduction to Olympic rowing and if your child is looking to joining our Capital Crew team in high school.
CCAP Intermediate – Returning CCAP athletes
This camp is designed to improve upon the skills the rowers already have and prepare them to join our Capital Crew novice teams. Each day we will focus on achieving a greater technical understanding of the stroke and introduce the physical training needed to grow as a competitive rower. Will involve water time, erg time and video review.
