Ben Hise

Ben is excited to return for the 2025-2026 season after spending his first season back with the team this past year. This isn’t Ben’s first time coaching at Capital. Prior to returning in 2024, Ben coached the boy’s program from 2016-2019. During this time, Capital developed into a Southwest powerhouse and a national contender winning multiple trophies and medals at the Southwest Championship, San Diego Crew Classic, Head of the Charles, etc.

Ben considers Capital Crew home and is excited to work alongside the entire coaching staff to give the athletes the best experience possible and to create as much speed as possible.

Before coming to Capital in 2016, Ben coached as the head men’s coach at the University of San Diego, an assistant women’s coach at the University of Washington, the head men’s coach at UC Irvine, and multiple roles at the Newport Aquatic Center.
